Located in the Tampa Bay area, Dr. Erica Ortiz-Pellicer is a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed mental health counselor who earned her doctorate degree in 2022 from Liberty University. She has dedicated her career to providing counseling for kids, teens, and adults, helping them navigate life transitions and emotional challenges. Her approach is direct, practical, collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Distinctly focused on assisting clients in building emotional resilience and insight, her methods stand out from those of most counselors. She believes that therapy should feel empowering and supportive, which is especially important for those dealing with issues like depression, anxiety, or chronic illnesses. As a result, most clients begin to feel better within a few sessions.
